New Safety Vests for the Putnam County SPCA

24 September 2026

Members of the Putnam County SPCA came to the office today wearing their new safety vests purchased for them by the District Attorney's Office using asset forfeiture funds--the proceeds of criminal activity. They do a great job at the Putnam SPCA and keep a lot of animals safe--so we are very happy to help keep these men safe!
