What: County Executive Kevin Byrne will present his proposed executive budget at a special meeting of the County Legislature in accordance with the County Charter. The presentation will be given at the Historic County Courthouse. Space is limited. Residents and members of the media should please visit https://www.putnamcountyny.gov/26budget to RVSP. For those who cannot attend in person, the speech will be livestreamed on the county’s website.
