A LOCAL LAW
Amending Section 4.01 of the Putnam County Charter Entitled “DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE; COMMISSIONER” in its entirety which was adopted by the Putnam County Legislature on August 2, 2022, by Resolution #148.
This Local Law
Amends Section 4.01 of the of the Putnam County Charter by revising the qualifications needed to serve as Commissioner of Finance, including specific and explicit educational and experience requirements.
