NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the County Executive of the County of Putnam at Room #102 of the County Office Building, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512 on the 30^th day of April, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. concerning:

APPROVAL/LOCAL LAW/AMEND CHAPTER 41/CODE OF PUTNAM COUNTY/ENTITLED “DEPOSIT AND INVESTMENT POLICY”

Amending the Code of the County of Putnam, as approved and adopted by the Putnam County Legislature on April 7, 2026 by resolution #76, by amending Chapter 41, section 5 of the Code, entitled “Designation of official depositories” 

Section 41-5, Designation of official depositories to be amended to provide authorization to potential  successors and assigns in the event an authorized Depository experiences a change in control. 

Copies of the Local Law are available at the Office of the Putnam County Legislature, Room 318, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512.
