The Putnam County Departments of Mental Health, Social Services and Youth Bureau will hold a public hearing on the Putnam County Integrated Plan for Children and Family Services from the period of November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2029. A public hearing will be held on September 13, 2024 at 1pm, in Classroom #1 of the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services Building (TOPS) on the Donald B. Smith County Government Campus, 112, Old Route 6, Carmel, New York.  Child Protective Services, Child Welfare Services, Adult Services, and Service Needs of Sexually Exploited Children and Youth.
