PUTNAM COUNTY WELCOMES NEWEST CITIZENS PUTNAM COUNTY CLERK MICHAEL C. BARTOLOTTI SWEARS IN 14 NEW CITIZENS AT A NATURALIZATION CEREMONY ON WEDNEDAY, AUGUST 21, 2024 AT PUTNAM COUNTY HISTORIC COURTHOUSE

Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Putnam County Historic Courthouse. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 14 new citizens from 11 countries.

The Honorable Victor G. Grossman served as the officiating Judge and offered court remarks.
Legislator Amy Sayegh led the prayer and New York State Senator, Pete Harckham, did the welcoming remarks. Karl Rohde, Director of Putnam County Veterans Service Agency, led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Angelina Mazzei, a Putnam County Sheriff’s Cadet, sang a rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner and God Bless America. The keynote speaker was United States Congressman Mike Lawler and Lauren Shields from LiveOnNY, a double organ recipient, was the guest speaker.
