The four presentations will be livestreamed and later uploaded to the county’s YouTube page, another initiative spearheaded by Byrne during his first term. The dates of the four events are below. All times are 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Tuesday, 4/1: Philipstown Friendship Center (6 Butterfield Road, Philipstown, NY 10516)

Wednesday, 4/2: Carmel Friendship Center (110 Old Route 6, Building 1, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512)

Thursday, 4/10: Mahopac William Koehler Friendship Center (180 U.S. 6, Mahopac, NY 10541)

Wednesday, 4/23: Putnam Valley Friendship Center (117 Town Park Lane, Putnam Valley, NY 10579)

“These public presentations are part of my administration’s commitment to accountability, accessibility, and affordability,” said Byrne. “I look forward to delivering more helpful information about county services and our plans for 2025, including the largest property-tax cut in Putnam County history, starting on April 1.”

Welcome Message

“Remember that Putnam County is home. Regardless of what may make us different as individuals, it is our respect for each-other as neighbors, our desire to step up and serve, to lend a hand, and leave this beautiful county better off than we found it. That is what makes this place so special. It is with that in mind that we as a county government are here to serve, and will always serve, with a desire to do better.” - Kevin M. Byrne | Putnam County Executive
